Numbers are restricted for Sixth Avenue Tutorials events; you are encouraged to register early so as to guarantee your place and if you leave registration until the last moment, you risk a place not being available. Each time you wish to register for an event or events, download and print a copy of the Event Registration form, sign it and send it to us with the necessary payment. Applicants under the age of 18 will need to have a parent or guardian co-sign the form so that we know that they know what you are doing, and all signatures must be originals.
